Who can play

Playing at FatBet is for adults only. Our terms require players to be 25 years of age or older, and the minimum age may change under local national law. You are responsible for checking the age limit and the rules on real-money play where you live, and we may ask for proof of age at any time.

Our casino is licensed within the jurisdiction of the Curacao government, and Curacao law governs our agreement with you.

Your account

We allow one casino account per household. The details you give us at registration must be true and accurate. If we find that information is false, we may suspend the account and its cash-ins until we are satisfied that the details are correct.

Keep your account number and password private. Letting a third party use your account breaks these terms, and we are not liable for losses caused by shared or exposed login details. Using robots or other devices to make playing decisions is forbidden and can lead to a ban, confiscation of net winnings and the closure of your account.

Bonuses

Each promotion runs only for the period stated in its offer. You are responsible for knowing the wagering requirement, restricted games and other conditions of any bonus you claim. If you do not want a bonus, tell our support team before you start playing. Once you place a wager, the bonus must be played through.

Bonus money cannot be withdrawn and is deducted from winnings at payout. Separate wagering requirements apply to players based in Denmark, Israel, Japan, China or Poland.

Deposits and withdrawals

Every deposit must come from a card, bank account or wallet registered in your own name. A 3% processing fee is taken on all deposits. Each deposit must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal can be approved, and the minimum withdrawal is 50 in your account currency.

All withdrawals are subject to a transfer fee of 10 to 40 in your account currency, set by our payment processor. Before your first withdrawal we ask for a copy of your ID or passport, a recent utility bill and, for card deposits, a copy of the card and a signed card authorisation form.

Inactive and closed accounts

If you do not log in or place a bet for 120 days, the balance of the account is forfeited. Funds left in an account when it is closed cannot be withdrawn, including pending withdrawals.

We may update our terms, games and promotions at any time. The version shown in the casino applies to your play.
